• Whilst great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the GPS coordinates published on our app and website, we encourage all businesses to double check them as we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information

• Businesses registering a listing on Visit Carlow give us their permission to use the information and content they have provided for any and all promotional uses deemed necessary by Visit Carlow

• Some businesses may be listed without registration however this will only be done if deemed necessary by Visit Carlow. Should a business wish to remove or alter their listing, they should email info@visitcarlow.ie and we will make every effort to facilitate your request

• From time to time, Visit Carlow may contact registered businesses with special offers from ourselves and our sister company, Digital Solutions Ireland. By registering, you agree to receive these correspondences from us. We do not give your information to third parties

• Visit Carlow reserves the right to remove or deny any business/organization a listing or advertising on any of our platforms. Visit Carlow is not obliged to give a reason for this action should it occur

• Visit Carlow is a non-politically aligned business. We do not support or promote one political party or ideology over another. However from time to time, political parties who are organising local events such as charity fundraising, information evenings etc. may avail of a listing promoting their event. Visit Carlow reserves the right to charge for this service
